To get started, please fill out our Inquiry Form to submit your info and inspiration.
Approximations are ok, the more details the better.
Communicate. Let’s Talk

We’ll let you know if your date is available ASAP. An option to schedule a 30 minute phone call to clarify vision and details.
From there, we’ll provide you with a basic, high level proposal for your review.
Review Quote. Approve or Revise
Your basic proposal will include each item on your wishlist, the total, and associated fees.
We allow up to two revisions before we proceed with the contract.
Commitment. Sign Up
We require a signed contract and deposit to secure the date and move forward.

Details. Vision & Vibes
We create a design deck with your detailed proposal to illustrate your vision with a complete color story, images of the specific flowers we intend to use in your design, and description of each floral piece included in the event.
Collaboration. We’re in this together

After you spend time with your proposal, we’ll collaborate further to confirm your final design details and revise the accordingly.
Final Steps. Event Ready
We expect minor revisions and will ask for your final counts three weeks before event date, after RSVPs are confirmed. We’ll work with your timeline and/or planner to ensure a smooth set up from start to finish for a flawless design for each part of your event.

Aesthetic
Question: What is your favorite kind of wedding design?
Answer: We love using a fall color pallet, dried flowers, and interesting textures for a boho moment (swoon). However, we are confident that we can deliver on any aethsetic—from classic to contemporary we’re got you covered.
Day of
Logistics
Question: How is delivery and set up organized?
Answer: We ask that you (or your wedding coordinator) provide a timeline 2-4 weeks before your wedding date so we can execute efficiently and know precisely where to deliver and set up each floral item on the day of. We love a good plan.

Question: How long have you been doing weddings?
Answer: Our Floral Leader, Michele Lowings, has been doing weddings for over 25 years!
Fun fact: her first time as a wedding florist was at her best friend’s wedding in 1998. She’s designed for just about about every wedding theme & trend you can think of!
